It's OK...
I bought this as my last stethoscope tubing split due to the apparently destructive oils on my neck! So after buying a new stethoscope I was looking for a way to keep it on me but not around my neck. This solution is OK but not great. I wear a pickpocket so it clips onto the belt fine, so stores the stethoscope well when not in use although it does occasionally pop off the belt. It's also a quite a bit of a faff to get the stethoscope in an out of it. It's not quick to access as is often required in emergency situations, so I end ripping the whole lot off the belt and throwing the holster down somewhere, or up putting the stethoscope down somewhere when I don't have time to put it back in the holster and the stethoscope inevitably goes missing. Or I end up with it back around my neck.So stores stethoscope well when it's not in use, but not particularly practical when you actually need to use the stethoscope.

Falls off occasionally, but reasonably OK
I've used this in Ophthalmology Clinic for about 8 months now. It does fall off my belt now & then, but on the whole it's better than carrying my Littman Cardio II in my pocket or around my neck. It's not perfect but it does the job. It's less than a fiver and makes life easier so why not? Ignore the reviews where people more ore less claim it's 'terrible', 'garbage' and has ruined people's lives, or whatever! It's not like they've paid £50 for the damn thing... Jeez!....
