Review: Good quality - Very good quality adhesive that bonds well, just make sure the tube is not cold as a little warmth help it flow out of nozzle.
Review: Sometimes it's the oniy adhesive that will work - I have been using Sikaflex for around 44 years, both as an adhesive and a sealant and as yet, it has never failed in either use. This tube was purchased inorder to secure some so-called self adhesive hooks onto gloss tiles in a bathroom. The original sticky pads did not work for more than a day or two despite taking extreme care when applying them. I removed the useless pads, applied the hooks with Sikaflex as an adhesive, held them in place with tape over night and after two weeks they are still holding firm. A simular hook, fitted the same way has been in use for over twelve years. Another application was to temporarily bond some plastic gutter to spikes in a house wall which supported rusted out cast iron gutter. This was only supposed to last until replacement cast gutter could be obtained, but twenty years latter, it is still holding. The only down side with Sikaflex is that once opened the rest of the tube is only usable for a relatively short period of time.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: The product says fast curing time, so what is that exactly? This is the only product which actually gives no indication of its normal curing time.**
A: I have only used this product in warm weather for filling tears in the rubber strip down the side of my boat and for this application I leave it for 24 hours before applying any more if required. I found that to mould it to the shape of the rubber strip it is best to use a plastic spatula dipped in white spirit. Hope this helps.

**Q: What color is it**
A: Sikaflex EBT+ comes in many colours, such as Clear-Black-White-Beige-Brown-Grey.

**Q: I have a crack in my shower tray which is leaking. would this be suitable to seal crack?**
A: Yes, the sikaflex is much better than a regular sealant.  I have just used it to repair a crack in a ceramic pot and its working well. The only thing about it is it's VERY sticky stuff. I use it wearing latex gloves to smear the stuff on with my finger, as it's hard to push out of the gun, and once I came to use it again it had sealed the nozzle with a solid plug of the stuff even though I had pushed a screw down the nozzle! So be careful not to get it everywhere when using it, you can't get it off again as it's far superior to your regular caulk.

**Q: Is it ok to fill window sill masonry cracks living on the seafront on the bristol channel? i.e salt and very high winds**
A: well i used it around the bath not sure, but go give it a go may work for a time, think you need 'putty'
