I have no problems with this product. Unlike some other products of this type this one has a completely flat pan, and the whole product is very sturdy. I am unable hold a straight handle to the pan so a right angled handle to the pan suited me just right. The two handles are made of tubular stainless steel and comes in three sections for each and are completely interchangeable so, like me, you need a shorter handle for the broom (the long one gets in the way). Just take one section out. The pan handle I left as standard, three sections, I found this compo about right for someone 6ft tall. The pan , like others, kicks vertical for easy storage, and the broom head can rotate for easy angle brushing. Oh, the other reason I chose this one is that I was the first to buy and reckoned that they wouldn't give me a duff one straight off, and they didn't disappoint.

Liked that it stands upright. One star off as handle/ grip works its way loose as you use it ( easy to put back on).

I love this dustpan and brush it sweeps the dust and crumbs on my wooden floors extremely well. Also excellent on the rugs. The squeegee is a very effective dust gatherer from underneath the wardrobes and the rest of the flooring. I use it at times to gather all the dust on the floor and always amazed at how much dust there is. Going to buy one for my mum.

It comes in parts which are easy to put together. The quality is good. It looks good and folds for storage. However, the unit is quite large and cumbersome for household use. The brush is rather floppy and so not great at sweeping up.

Easy to use, useful teeth on dustpan to keep brush clear. Excellent height, no bending!

This was a great buy for me. It has a large sturdy dustpan,a broom and a window cleaning blade. It has 3 separate sets of poles for each job for different lengths that can be adjusted. You get your moneys worth

This broom is of decent quality but feels somewhat flimsy. It's too lightweight for sweeping carpets but works fine on tile or vinyl floors. The dustpan is effective for collecting hair and debris, while the squeegee does a good job of gathering hair and could be useful for clearing surface water or windows. However, I wouldn't recommend it for heavy-duty cleaning, as it seems prone to breaking under pressure.

There was no instructions inside the box but putting them together was really easy. If the seller could put instructions inside the box for future purchases that would help other people to put these items together
