Works like a dream for my OMRON M7 Intelli IT AFib Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. Build quality looks good (but only time will tell I guess).

Important to get connector size correct
Cable probably fine but could not use as it was wrong connector (barrel) size. I assumed this cable would work on a GreaterGoods Balance 0602 blood pressure monitor. It does not. The OMRON has a barrel size of 4.0x1.7mm. Can’t remember seeing a label on this cable saying that it boosted the USB 5v to the 6v needed by the pressure monitor. For those looking for a BetterGoods Balance 0602, they need an adapter with this spec: • Output: 6 V DC • Current: ≥ 1 A (1–2 A is fine) • Polarity: Center-positive • Barrel: 5.5 mm OD × 2.1 mm ID • Input: 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz (dual-voltage) • Plug type: US (Type A) or UK/Ireland (Type G) as needed
