**Q: Which tree straps should I buy with this please?**
A: This is not suitable to be hung from a tree and will not be covered under warranty.

**Q: At the top of the ropes are there just round rings? My frame has round ring bolts so i assume i need to buy caribiner clips? Any recommendations?**
A: As far as im aware the swing seat has safty clips to connect to your rings i didnt have to buy anything extra

**Q: could this seat be suspended to a tree branch?**
A: Hello, not as it is, but it is compatible with our tree swing conversion ropes. In-fact we also sell this swing as a tree swing package, see Amazon ASIN B01DMO0TV0.

**Q: How easy is it to change between seat types? I have a toddler who would want one type of seat and a baby who'd want another. Thanks**
A: Should be fairly easy. I don't do it myself but reckon it could probably be completed in about 1 minute assuming you're changing between the chair type (mode 1-3) to standard swing bench (mode 4). The chair just sits on top of the bench and hence its just a case of disconnecting the webbing at the green quick releases, then sliding the chair up and over to reveal the permanently attached bench seat. If they're both in the chair (mode 1-3) it's even quicker.
