What are the dimensions of this item?

sorry dont know it could be bit smaller for my tractor but its ok

Would this fit a countax ride on mower?

I would think so, I used it on a forklift, it was a bit big but was easy enough to keep in place without modification or anything extra to hold it in place.

Would this cover would fit the seat of a 1967 morris minor? overall w=51cm, h of back 50cm, seat depth 43cm

From the dimensions you give probably but it's not what I would use in a car based on the material. It's more of an industrial cover.

High quality cover

This was bought for a forklift truck, it fits well and feels very good quality. It feels durable enough to take a lot more abuse than it does on a forklift

Not that good. After a bit of use Velcro keeps coming open at the top of the back rest and the elastic has gone slack.
