**Q: A year after buying it the wheels broke. How can I order another trolley? Need to know this before posting my review**
A: login to Amazon.com go to previous order if buy this from Amazon you will see this item click on it if one is available buy it if not contact the seller the one I bought still in good shape the kid who I gave him he is using in pakistan and over there Street are not like usa very rough street

**Q: Can I order replacement clips?  One of the clips that attaches the backpack to the trolley broke.**
A: My son has had his for 2 weeks and the clip that holds the bag on the trolley has broken already. How do I get a replacement? Can't find any contact information for the seller. These bags are not inexpensive and should not be breaking after 2 weeks of use.

A: My son used it on the plane and I packed SO MUCH STUFF IN IT! I packed about 5 outfits, his toiletries, tablet, on the head headphones, snacks, toys, his medications two pairs of shoes. And the trolley is sturdy!! My son is 4 and rolled it around his self, ran it into things, got the wheels stuck in something. So it was tested and approved by a 4 year old😊
