One problem I often have with heavier, hydrating conditioners is that they weigh my hair down, but that never happens with this one. My hair feels soft, smooth, and looks shiny without any greasiness. I’ve even used it as a leave-in, and it works brilliantly. The only downside is that because the bottle is so large and lasts a long time, the lid sometimes gets clogged with product buildup. A pump would make it easier to use, but honestly, that’s a minor issue compared to how good the conditioner itself is.
