Son loves it + Great Customer service
Ordered this for my 13 yr old son. He absolutely loves using it. The instructions were not the best but I am often instructions illiterate as well. Took me 2 days of trying to put it together (with many MANY breaks due to 30° weather) before my husband was free to help me. Then he fixed all my mess ups and finished it up in 15 minutes. ( lol go figure) Then a month later came the storms.... we slept through them only to find our hoop knocked over in the morning and the rim bent beyond repair. With so many options for rims and the various costs on here I decided to contact customer support to find out where to buy a new rim and which one I need. Instead they are taking care of us despite it not being in any way a product flaw or their responsibility. They chose to go above and beyond and send us a new rim. The hoop is stable, easy to move and raises and lowers with minimal effort. The light up light broke in the first rain but we also never connected it fully either. So that is 100% our fault. Great company, great purchase. 100% recommended

HORRIBLE!
Update: customer service was great handling my situation. Selling company is great, just don’t recommend this basketball goal.This is the worst basketball goal I have ever had. Even though it is "portable", if you tilt it to roll it anywhere, all of the foam pours out. It is also the most unbalanced goal. It is very difficult to adjust the height of the goal and even more difficult to move because of it and it keeps falling over with the slightest wind. I even put extra gel in with less water, but still the same issue. Now my brand-new basketball goal is ruined with a smashed rim.

Flimsy
Screws fell out, backboard was never stable and locked into position without moving. Bought a few months ago, it’s ready for the trash already.

You know the same goes.. you pay for what you get this is a very poor quality basketball goal! This is the first time that it fell over and this is what happened , The dunk proof rim (poor). If I'd not put the water and mix it would be submitted for returned
