Very good. Have only used it once and found it easy to put together and use. Was rather careful with it but very happy to use it with more confidence.

Does just what it is supposed to! Easy to use, no hassle. Light weight, good for travelling. 'Tilting head' with 'light' great features.

Ok product for what it is , and works good when traveling and using one off but it is not great on regular basis not close enough and as battery control somewhere on the connection is goes low to med speed and is really frustrating. Is always trail and error you pay for what your getting but now in search of something more powerful and willing to spend extra.

Cheap, nasty crap. As soon as I put the battery in and switched it on it sounded like it was barely going, then when you try to cut a few hairs it pretty much comes to a stop altogether. Also because it has such little power it just pulls hairs instead of cutting them. In less than 24 hrs I binned it. Do not buy.

I was replacing one I had before. I don’t use the plastic heads that come with it.

Does the job, though very light. ( previous one had a metal case). Light is an excellent feature. Easy to trim faint eyebrow hairs straggling around edges.

I bought a lumina before. It lasted at least a year. When it got old, I bought a generic one. It fell apart in less than a month. This original product is gentle and well made. When it gets rough to your skin buy a new one, so it won't irritate your skin, as any old product might. Buy this product. Don't share it, it won't last as long. The reason not to share from a practical standpoint is: how coarse or fine another family members facial hair is not the same as yours. 2nd review-I bought a new old lately. I like it better, here's why. The original white one can give you the nubs like a a man so it is better for your nose hairs. The newer one is more gentle to the face and I do not get the nubs with it. Still a five star product!

Works excellent for me

This is by far the best personal groomer I have ever used! It is perfect for sensitive areas that you don't want to use a razor on. The eyebrow attachments are great and the pivoting head really helps. I love this groomer and I recommend it to everyone I know. 2012 Update- I've had this now for just over a year and it still works wonderfully! It's running off of the original battery included which is amazing since it's used every week by both my husband and myself. My husband really likes this groomer because it makes quick work of shaping up his facial hair without any knicks to his skin. If this ever does burn out I will gladly replace it with the exact same model because you cannot beat the quality and performance for such a small price!
