Premium price, premium product.
It is a well thought out take on the electric toothbrush which eliminates most of the problems of cheaper models. I have always been put off by the noise of the motors and short charge/discharge cycle. Let's be honest, a high-pitched whirring isn’t the most wonderful sound ever produced. night. Feels very premium, packed beautifully, nice and quiet. A nice weight to it and not overly large. I like how the body is not cheap plastic. Cleans really well and overall glad I made the purchase. Quite powerful, the 'polish' function might be for daredevils only! There was no regret at spending 70-80 on a toothbrush when unpacking it, which could easily have been the case if it felt cheap. It is a brilliant product! There’s a couple of little niggles that may or may not bother you. I don’t care for the 30-second pause. The brush auto-pauses for a split second over the two-minute cleaning cycle to tell you to move to another area of the mouth. Maybe it can be overridden, but it is not a feature I really want or need by default. Another is the otherwise lovely travel/storage case. It has a built-in UV-LED sterilising function. Excellent idea. But it needs to be plugged into power to operate. Couldn’t a small battery or capacitor have been placed in the case somewhere to eliminate this need, or power itself taken from the brush? A design choice, but travelling would be made much easier, self contained and wire free if this had been considered, because the greatest feature of the brush is it lasts for SO long without a recharge you forget it is ‘electric’. Maybe something for a v2? Still, it has a superb slim design, has a premium feel, is quiet, and offers a dentist-clean feeling after use. I can't imagine being disappointed with its performance or its neat and modern looks. Easily a five star product.

A remarkable toothbrush!
When my old electric toothbrush was beginning to show its age, primarily in the increased frequency of requiring a recharge, I looked about for a replacement and was immediately attracted by the Suri. Whilst it was far from cheap, it was obviously a quality product and reviewed very favourably. I went for it, and “in for a penny…”, I went for the case also. On arrival I was very impressed by the packaging, but also a tad surprised given the items eco roots i.e. there is a lot of it! Some of it is justified though, given the hygiene aspects. The toothbrush itself is no less impressive, it certainly looks good, and the performance is excellent. One press of the button and the toothbrush goes into its standard teeth cleaning mode, indicated by a white light. A second press and the light changes to blue and the brush head vibrates much more intensely, this is the teeth polishing mode. A third press switches it off. And yes, while it doesn’t oscillate as such, it certainly vibrates (33,000 sonic vibrations a minute) when switched on. The vibration isn’t uncomfortable, there is no sense of discomfort at all, but it certainly vibrates, and seemingly twice as much when in “polishing” mode. I use both modes every day, but the latter of much less duration. I got a sense that the vibration was about right to do the job satisfactory, and after the first cleaning session my mouth felt significantly cleaner and “fresher” than it did after previous cleanings with the old brush. Charging is done via a small USB powered stand, but I also purchased the case which doubles as a charger (and UV cleaner), and I use this exclusively. Charging is required every 40 days or so, and takes about 4 hours. A glowing blue indicator changes to white when it’s complete. One also receives a magnetic mirror mount to hold the toothbrush whilst not in use. Again I prefer to use the case itself. So to recap; this toothbrush is of a truly delightful design, professionally made and thoroughly good at its job. What’s not to like? So, whilst this toothbrush does represent a considerable investment, I think it’s worth it, and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Premium price, Not premium quality
I loved the toothbrush when it arrived. I felt it cleaned my teeth better than my Oral B, the battery life knocked it out the park too, and the sustainability piece is a big draw. However, after little use paint started to chip off the bottom of the handle. It was cosmetic so I didn't mind too much. Fast forward 2 years and it has stopped working. Initially it would turn its self on and off at random, often in the middle of the night, but now it won't turn on at all. For the money paid, I would expect better, and it is hardly sustainable if it needs replacing every few years. Puts me off and I won't be getting the new one at over £100. I will stick to the cheap £20 ones and if they go in 12 months who cares.

Just brilliant
Who would have thought that the electric toothbrush was something that could have been improved upon so much! This is such a step forward from the expensive (but cheaply made) alternatives from the big brands that are just an AA cell, switch and a very cheap electric motor inside. The Suri brush feels like a very expensive item in both materials and performance. Simple things like the magnetic holder so you can stick it to the mirror are such well thought-out and helpful ideas. Even using this 3 times a day, it lasts more than 2 months on a single charge. I don't even bother taking a charger with me when I travel - but even if I did need to charge it, all I would need is a USB C cable. No more horrible base units with shaver plugs that don't reach to the socket. The cleaning performance is excellent, with the brush being super light, slim and easy to use. Lastly, I love the sustainably aspect of the product. Designed to be low impact with a circular life, to help avoid any waste going to to bin. Just great example of what can be done when a product is designed with purpose before profit and marketing nonsense.

USB-C is really helpful, but overall the quality isn't up to the Sonicare and established brands
I was initially thrilled with the item - it's very pleasantly designed. USB-C was the real differentiating point for me - perhaps not so much the sustainability angle although that's certainly a positive. The travel case is also very thin - making packing and travelling much easier than its competitors. Positives - I don't notice a major difference from the Philips Sonicare - although perhaps the Suri is a little more gentle? Battery life is very impressive. I generally don't need to recharge more than once a fortnight. Over the summer holiday, ironically I didn't need to charge it over the two week break. But it was nice not having to take an additional charger. However, it hasn't lasted or worn as well as the Sonicare. This is 11 months in. The finish at the base has begun to wear away. I've not dropped it or chipped it. It just seems that the plastic is coming away at the base and around the button. It then rather shocked me that the disposable head snapped off when I was brushing my teeth this morning. I had to avoid choking! So I would certainly avoid using this for anyone under the age of 16! To be fair, it is quite a bit cheaper than the more expensive-end of the Sonicare line-up. But would I buy it again? After 11 months, I'm not so sure. ADDITION 11/09/2024: The customer service team reached out and resolved the issue - well done them.

highly recommended!
Exceptional toothbrush! For once the hype that i've been seeing about a product is genuinely deserved! The build quality is excellent - the colours are lovely (splashed out and bought one for my children too) - the brush is a perfect size for getting into the gumline and around the back of teeth. Brush feels soft so it won't damage gums. I love the magnets so it's out of the way and keeping clean. When cleaning, there is a very slight pause letting you know to move to a different part of the mouth (good for children). After 2 minutes it turns off - which i found to be the perfect time to get around my whole mouth. My teeth have never felt so clean... even my 11 year old son commented how clean his teeth feel!! It's a plus knowing it's not made from cheap disposable plastic. I can't recommend this highly enough - well worth the money.

Perfect
While I was sceptical at first because of the marketing hype I have to say this toothbrush more than lives up to it. It's beautiful, sleek, the charger case is so useful and slim, and works really well (I'd read about charging issues, but I've not experienced any in the four months I've had it, and I travel a lot). The magnetic holder really neat for home. The battery life is absolutely incredible (it's definitely more than 40 days for me and I use it twice a day). I have super sensitive gums and the bristles don't cause any bleeding, which I've found with previous electric toothbrushes. It's got two speed settings, and I've really found the cleaning experience absolutely second to none. Only thing I've noticed is that the colour has chipped in one place, no idea how, which others have noted also, so that's probably something they'll have to work on. But overall this has been a flawless experience for me, cleaning wise, and the design and functionality of the accessories is a massive bonus.

Good idea but poor quality and design
Battery initially lasted for around 35 days between charges. Combined with the travel case, this was great for travelling. Unfortunately, the product is flawed in quite a few ways and I wouldn't buy it again. Firstly, it's not as good at brushing as a basic Oral-B electric toothbrush - it's just less powerful. It also falls down because it turns off after 2 minutes, I'd prefer if it buzzed but kept going. Another flaw is that the button is badly designed. In humid environments, the button will activate itself and make the toothbrush go off in the middle of the night. This is very annoying in a hotel, for example. Yet another flaw is that the coating is poorly done and starts to bubble after 6 months or so. And worst of all, the battery is no longer holding nearly as much charge as it did initially. I can't tell if this is because the battery has degraded or the charging points have corroded. Either way, I'm only getting a week between charges now. For all of these reasons, I wouldn't recommend this product. From a value for money perspective, it is expensive considering its durability and the quality of the brush. From an environmental perspective, it's badly made & designed, and therefore will require replacement before too long. I noted in some reviews that people were given replacements for broken brushes. I can't see how a product with such a high failure rate could ever be good environmentally. From an environmental perspective, a manual toothbrush is probably the best thing. I like the idea behind the product, I just wish the execution was better.

Changed the Game
I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didn’t know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! From the packaging to the product, it is has a high quality, minimalistic design. The body of the brush has a well balanced weight that feels light, yet solid in the hand. The neck and head of the brush allows for easy navigating and leaves your teeth feeling clean, polished and smooth. It comes with a magnetic holder to place on your mirror or shower, leaving your space clean and clutter free. I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like you’re helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience — thank you!

Disappointed
This item no longer charges. It’s less than 6 months old and supposed to be the top of the line. Makes you wonder

Great tooth brush! Worth every penny
I’m honestly obsessed with this toothbrush! It’s sleek, lightweight, and looks so modern on my bathroom counter. The UV cleaning travel case is a total game-changer — I travel a lot, so being able to sanitize my brush on the go gives me peace of mind. The battery life is amazing (I’ve gone weeks without needing to charge it), and the bristles feel gentle but still give that deep clean feeling. My teeth feel super smooth after each use, like I just left the dentist. Definitely worth the price — it feels high-end, works efficiently, and is perfect for anyone who wants both design and performance.

Cepillo minimalista
Me parece que deja una buena limpieza tras el cepillado, el soporte imantado también es una buena opción para tenerlo a mano en el baño y queda bastante estético. Los reemplazos de los cabezales están bien de precio y el punto ecólogico está bien.
