Wonderdriver Roof Rack Cross Bars 260lbs for Toyota RAV4 2019-2025

I did a 1200 mile move & had to have more storage in my Rav. Picture this…. 4 dogs, 5 cats, it was literally a clown car bursting with my furry family ha ha. I had a hitch mount fully loaded but had a few more bags to try to squeeze in somewhere. Enter these cross bars. They were easy to install, yes as a woman they were easy to install! The directions were clear & simple to follow. Common sense goes a long way as well. They fit like OEM bars but without the crazy Toyota price. I didn’t notice any wind noise coming from them at all (the only wind came from my dogs). They are sturdy & hold up against the elements. I had 4 XL weatherproof duffel bags full of clothes strapped to these for my move & not once did I have any issues. I like the fact that they lock. My only recommendation is to squirt some WD-4O or its equivalent in the locks themselves. 1 of my locks was rather stiff & hard to get the key to turn in. Once I used the WD-40 the problem was solved. All in all these were sooooo easy to install, fit perfectly, sturdy & not to mention they look pretty bad ass on my otherwise boring Rav 4.

I like them easy to install. The covers with the lock on it doesnt seem to fit flush with the roof leaving a tiny gap but other than that they seem well constructed

Seems quite solid and well designed. I haven't put my carrier on it yet, but I am confident there won't be any problems. The locking plastic covers don't fit perfectly flush on the rails (maybe 1/16th-inch gap in places), and they were a bit challenging to figure out, but I do think they'll do what they were designed to do. Haven't noticed any whistling. All in all, I think this is a good system and a good value. The instructions? Well, they're not polished writing, but I was able to compensate for their lack of finesse and get the job done. Pleased. Looks fine on my Rav4.

I was looking for aftermarket quality crossbars to install on my 2021 Toyota RAV4. I needed something robust enough to carry my 40 year old 15 ft. Aluminum canoe and saw that these roof crossbars were rated for 260 lbs. I had previously installed aftermarket rails and crossbars I purchased from Ebay on a 2018 RAV4 (that I I use to own) and was not very impressed with the quality of those crossbars. These crossbars are a complete opposite of the Ebay ones! These crossbars are ALL METAL construction with the exception of the plastic covers that “lock” over the crossbar foot and mounting bolts. These bars are heavy duty, install with ease and fit perfectly into the factory mounting holes located under the plastic covers that come installed on the car roof rails. Good installation instructions and there are videos on You Tube available if you are in doubt of your ability to install these yourself. It’s an easy installation and everything you need comes with the crossbars. If you are looking for a pair of “robust” well made, heavy duty crossbars look no further. I don’t think you will be disappointed!

I've only just installed today, so I can't speak to longevity, but it looks great and was easy to install! I think the Rav's look better with the rails than without and my new one didn't have any installed. This was an affordable addition. For the installation, I only tightened the first side halfway until I was able to get the screw on other side as well. Took less than 30 mins to unbox and install. There is a video in the listing that helps in addition to the written instructions. The finish is matte and the trim of my car is a bit glossier, but they don't look vastly different. Excellent! Used, but really like new. Came with all (and some spare) parts.

The product description specifically says that these cross bars will work on a 2026 RAV4 XSE Hybrid. It will not fit on mine. The installation instructions say to remove four plastic cap covers from the roof rails to reveal the attachment points for the rails. Apparently Toyota changed the design of the plastic covers for the roof rails for 2026. On my 2026 RAV4 Hybrid the plastic roof rail covers are one single piece on each side. There are no individual covers over the rail attachment points (indicated by screw holes for attaching the Toyota OEM rails). These cross bars might work if the entire rail covers were removed. These extend almost the entire length of the roof so I think removing them to attach the rails would look terrible. I don’t plan to try that so will return these.
