There is no instructions at all anywhere not even on the bottle.** A: After I shower, I put this in wet hair, just put 3 pumps (my hair is down to my bra strap in back, normal not thick) mostly on ends then blow-dry warm heat, (hold blowdryer at least 8"-10" away from hair so u dont burn or scorch hair if dryer is too warm/hot) Not hot heat, then when hair is about 1/2-3/4 dry, put blow dryer on COOL to finish atleast 30-60 seconds or til mstly dry. The heat seals in the ONE hair cream & the Cool air sets the hair w/a smooth look & feel. Lovve this stuff. Been using it for a couple yrs now.. usually the coconut, but I'm buying the lotus flower (blue label Flavor this time) Hope that helps **Q: Does this have a strong floral fragrance?** A: It somewhat does, I love the scent so I don't consider it strong but you may.
