If nothing's opened and in this weather, how long can it last without going bad?

Benjamin, we recommend refrigeration upon delivery. This item can be kept refrigerated up to six weeks and may be frozen for up to two months. We cannot guarantee the quality of the product if it is kept unrefrigerated once it is received.

How much does this weigh?

Hi Abby, The total weight of the 27 Favorites is 2 lbs. 6 1/2 oz. net wt.Thank you,The Swiss Colony Customer Service

What are the dimensions of the package? (seeing complaints about small size).. Thanks!

It comes in a small pizza box. It's gift sized. It makes a lot when it's cut up and put on crackers.

Our order arrived today and I noticed on the label that it said refridgerate at once. Will it still be good after 4 days in-transit unrefridgerated?

Our food items are designed specifically for mail order delivery. To assure they meet our strict quality standards and your expectations, ship testing is performed to verify the estimated transit time in which the product will be without refrigeration does not impact quality. Time in transit may be up to 10 days. We hope this information is helpful!
