they do not fit any refill I have brought did not receive foil or cling film. can't find size any where

They only fit Lakeland cling films - they do not advertise that fact.

Does it use only proprietary rolls or any 30cm roll can be fitted?

Cannot answer this definitively. Although I am all for buying third-party products the Head Chef has never been happy with the quality of non-proprietary rolls of cling film. We are happy with the Lakeland product and we know it fits the dispenser and there are no mutterings when the film doe not tear properly so for a slightly greater cost we buy proprietary in this case.

Does it hold clingfilm and foil at same time or is it just one or the other

Hi, it will only hold one roll at a time so, either clingfilm or foil not both together.
