They didn't work for my gout at all! the only thing that I've found worked and has continued to work for my gout was taking 2000mg vitamin C every day, since I've been doing this I've had no gout. I bought some effervescent tablets from Lidls which are 1000mg each and these dissolve in water. **Q: what strength are these please** A: I used this product for a while and thought it was a good product, but now I am using a product from another manufacturer.
