Good parchment sheets, but they are not the Large size I ordered and needed. I read that these are the perfect large size that fit in the oven standard tray, but they are half the size. Not keen to use 2 and make them overlap, as any liquid will seep through. Will be ok for small loaf tins, but definitely not the main oven trays!! I wish I got what I ordered!! Hey ho!

After frustrations with bread and rolls sticking to "parchment" paper bought from a restaurant supply, I switched to the Katbite. No issues. The other parchment paper was fine for cookies but trouble starts around bread at 400*F with higher hydration dough. The Katbite reliably releases rolls/bread without issue.
