Great pattern to hide mistakes
Product was very easy to apply, make sure you clean the surface with a grease cleaning spray, especially around the bends. Also a very good pattern that hides errors in instalment, so if you have tricky areas you want to apply it to try this pattern. Seller also delivered quickly and refunded another pattern quick.

Difficult to use
Difficult to use due to the flimsiness of the vinyl i.e. when you strip off the backing the vinyl sticks to itself making it difficult to arrange/stick on a surface successfully.

it worked out fine. It's a great pattern for patching and hides ...
I bought this because I had a black worktop, I think it was called Oasis, well I got fed up with it and I only have a very small kitchen so quite frankly it had to go. Well, I decided not to rip my existing worktop out because that would involve removing sinks and cooker hobs, hell no, so I took the path of least resistance, sticky back plastic. I've used it before, way way back. So I threw caution to the wind and ordered some. I had an area that measured about 6 meters so I bought 3 rolls. Now I won't lie, it took some time to fit it, 4 hours. That was because I had a lot of cutting in to do and corners to negotiate. Trickier than it looked. But I'm a perfectionist so I took my time, and with the help of my mother who held it up so I could lay it down properly, it worked out fine. It's a great pattern for patching and hides the joins really well. I made sure to use clear sealant around the sink to make it water tight. and I also sealed all around the edges at the back with white sealant, which just makes it look more professional. I didn't get one bubble because I was patient about laying it down. So I would highly recommend this if you are up for a challenge. I also changed my door handles to finish off the look. All in all it cost me around £55 to do the job properly with sticky back plastic, new handles and sealants. You just have to take care with hot pans as this stuff is not tough enough to withstand a lot of heat. Cheaper than replacing the worktop. Well chuffed.

Plastic that is sticky on the back
What can you say, it’s plastic, it sticks well, if that’s what you’re looking for would recommend

It was done easily and straight forward
I only had 1 roll which ideally I should have bought 2 but it worked somehow, I thought it would be a test run as I wasn't sure with the pattern but here we are, I am amazed, it looks great. A lot of cut outs have been used and the pattern hides them, very happy. Will have to see how it holds up with the time. It's lovely to the touch, I am very impressed

Doesn’t stick
Very disappointed with the roll as it wasn’t very sticky. I would have returned but had thrown the packaging away before attempting to use it.

Sturdy
I covered my kitchen counters. It has been 6 months and it still looks great. The tiny spots makes the seams disappear. There is a seam in the first picture and even that close it is barely visible. This is a much higher quality than what I have gotten from the local big box store.

Great product and looks good when finished.
This was my first DIY. This took me a longtime to set up and measure my counter and how I was going to work around my sink and the round edges of my counter. I was a bit overwhelmed even though I don't have much counter space. It is fairly easy however you need patience. The product is very sticky, so once it's on the counter, it's hard to remove it and smooth it out completely. It helps having the smoothing tool. I did use scissors and a box cutter. I find that this granite pattern is very forgiving if you make mistakes with ripples or edges. You don't notice it compared to if one were going to use marble contact paper. I'm glad I choose this pattern because you don't see the seems where I had to continue in sections. Overall, it turned out nice and made my kitchen look more modern. Couldn't afford a brand new counter.
