I bought this syrup for my child who had a persistent cough that eventually turned into bronchitis, and I believe it helped us get through it. After about 5 days of use, we noticed the cough became more productive and moist, mucus started to clear, and breathing became easier. Of course, we were using other medications as well, but this syrup was a very good addition to the treatment. A small downside is the taste. It's not very pleasant for kids, and my child wasn't a fan, but given the good results, it's something you can live with. The price is fair, and the only other thing is that the shelf life is limited once opened, but that's normal for this type of natural product. Overall, a helpful remedy.

Best solution when you want something natural in ingredients. I found an excellent solution for my persistent cough. After several trips to the doctor and several medications that didn't help i found the best cought medicine. If you want something natural , this is the product. Plastic bottle. Only draw back is microplastics. Buying these products and then them changing from glass to plastic defeats the intention of not putting chemicals in your body. I love the company, but was very dissapointed about the plastic. Environmental, and health drawback.

How did I not know about this stuff. After going to multiple doctors and hacking away for weeks, this syrup is magic. I spent hundreds of $ on office visits and meds and nothing worked. Herbion solved my bronchial cough is just a few days. Call it a miracle! I'll take it. Now I can sleep a bit more soundly.

In my opinion, this is the best natural cough syrup on the market, hands down!

I don't know if the dosage is too low or the efficacy of this mixture is just bad, but I found myself ODing on it and still not getting any effect but a nasty headache. I learned about Ivy syrup with the famous blue label brand, but it's hard to find imported, so I decided to try this. It tastes marvellous-- and that's about all I have to say about it positive. Too bad I didn't want 10 dollar liquid candy.

Purchased this syrup in desperation, to help a friend who lives near a mega-sized agro-business which incorporates about 1000 acres of heavily sprayed mono-culture fields. My friend could not even talk on the phone for more than a few minutes, because of a horrible, wheezing, gasping for breath cough. On "spraying days" he could not talk at all. Mask wearing seemed to make everything worse.I had an idea that any product containing extract of English Ivy leaf would be helpful, so I purchased, sent, and then checked in for a report. His response after one week of trying this syrup (spoonful in water, once or twice each day) was: "Helpful. I feel better. Tried some in water and my throat and lungs have been all right." Spraying has continued, but so far he has not had another awful coughing event.This product work excellently well, for this person. I highly recommend a test of a very small amount in some water, just to test for possible allergic reactions to the ingredients. For a bad, wheezing, lasting-too-long cough, try this product. (And also, avoid use of harsh cleaning products with ammonia and other lung-irritating ingredients. Keep yourself far away, if you can, from gigantic, corporate agro-businesses, with their lung-choking chemical-spray stuff).
