Is this safe to use on baby skin as moisturizer after bath?

I'm not sure if it's safe for a baby. I think it's only for adult skin

Does the fragrance have staying power, or will it fade. in an hr our two?

First, it is a mild rose scent because after putting it all over your body or even just your legs for example, it would be overpowering if the scent was stronger. I put it on before bedtime, and even after it has fully absorbed, I have a little scent on me by morning and in my bed. Hope that helps, but overall don't think you would be disappointed by making the purchase. I like the product.
