Great for the price!
I used this with my canon 70d 18-135mm lense and it certainly kept the water out, it was bone dry inside the case after a whole day of mass water flights in Thailand for the Thai new year. There wasn't a great deal of reflection or unwanted light caused by using the case either. Due to the section which houses the lens being so long you could see the black circle shape on the frame unless you hold the bag back making the end run flush with the lense, in the end I just taped the thing in place.Operating the controls for instance changing mode was fairly difficult once the camera was inside the bag but using the back controls and main fail wasn't a problem... For the price I would highly recommend, it cost a fraction of the price in other waterproofing options. That said I rarely fully submerged the camera for sustained periods, the longest was a a few minutes at around 1.5m and this was fine. I felt nervous about going deeper for longer periods but there wasn't any signs it couldnt last longer I just didn't want to risk it.The weakest areas of the bag were the finger holes where the plastic felt a little thin, but so long as you're careful putting your fingers inside it should be fine.

You want a dry camera? Get this.
I'm a professional videographer and last week I climbed 3 mountains in Wales. I knew i was going to need to something to protect my Canon DSLR against the weather. I did some research into underwater housings/cages and carry bags and this was the one everyone was raving about. The price is good value and the build quality is up to scratch. It performed beautifully in keeping my camera dry in horrendous rain and wind. I was sceptical of how the plastic lens cover effects the overall quality of footage, but its fine, and works beautifully.I haven't got round to testing the underwater capabilities of this bag yet but i am hoping to get some footage soon.Cons:- Its slightly awkward to adjust settings and dials on your camera once its fully wrapped up in the bag- the lens cover part of the bag is quite long (suitable for telephoto zoom lenses) but when using a small 18-55mm lens you have to be constantly aware of the lens cover as it can create some unwanted vignetting if the bag gets jolted or is moved.these two cons knock it down from 5 stars to 4 stars, because when you are shooting guerrilla style documentary footage it can be quite awkward to change settings and moving the lens cover into position equate to seconds lost from the golden shot. But it certainly does the job of keeping your camera dry! Definitely an essential bit of kit for any action/sports/wildlife video and photo enthusiast.

Good Underwater Case
I was unsure at first if this case would be good enough to house my camera for the shots I had hoped to take. I must say it has exceeded my expectations, not a drop of water on the inside after use, quite sturdy build and the majority of the shots have come out great. When using the case as mentioned by others it's difficult to access all the features of your slr when in the water however I found it easier to preset the majority of the settings and tweak once in the water, it'll take some practice especially adjusting the zoom on the lens which can be tricky under water. Now although the item was an asset for underwater use, the reason for 3* is because I can't really use the item again. I have a UV filter on my lens purely to ensure the lens surface doesn't scratch, but where the lens is housed in the case there are now scratched on the inside of the cases lens piece which ruin every shot now taken. The camera when in the case is not fixed so there is some movement but I didn't expect it to have scratched the internal case. I think for future product perhaps they should include a rubber ring style filter that fits onto the end of the camera which will prevent the scratches from happening.overall good product (in my case for one time use) but room for improvement

Disappointed
Having used the waterproof case for the first time today I am disappointed with its performance.Having tried it today with an hour the front lens was scratched to the point where it is no longer usable. It has proved as difficult to use because of the inability to keep the lens in line with the front aperture. The instruction manual says to fit the lens adapter, however not adapter was included within the box. When i emailed the manufacturer to inquire about the adapter i had no response.A pity really as it looked to be a good product.

Works perfectly
Working in photography as a profession I was sceptical about this, but after testing in the bath first, done multiple shoots in the sea and it works perfectly. Would imagine it’s harder if you don’t have mirrorless camera, being able to use all the control through the screen on the back is very helpful!

Works a treat, it's great if you don't want to spend thousands on underwater gear and is something you'll only use occasionally for fun.
