This is a superior quality heavy weight stainless pan. I purchased it to make tiramisu. Worked great. It is a very beautiful, well-made sturdy heirloom piece. Expensive, but totally worth it. I only wish it had a lid, but not a deal breaker.

Seems to be a good quality product, thick and heavy, durable material, easy to clean, non stick if utilized properly.

Yes, it is expensive, but you get exactly what you pay for. I caught it on sale. If you have a countertop oven this is perfect. We use our toaster oven often so we don't have to power up our doubles. The quality and the heft of this pan allows food to cook and bake much better. I am certainly impressed. It's 100% better than those lousy aluminum or cheap steel pans you buy for $10-15. The steels rust within a few months and are thrown out. This pan will be passed down like the cast iron. I highly recommend this pan and it will not be going back.

Had to replace an old pan that had long outlived its usefulness. After searching for one that was made of bonded stainless steel instead of aluminum, was the right size with handles that were large enough to be useful but not too small, decently heavy but not so heavy that it couldn’t easily be lifted when full, I found this pan by Hestan. It looks great, is flat on the bottom instead of slightly concave like so many less expensive pans, is perfectly weighted, broiler-safe, and is easy to clean. It’s used often around here.

Awesome product

This is my 3rd Hestan pan (make sure it says made in USA) there are cheap knockoffs. This one was a wedding gift. Always cleans up, seems almost indestructible. I have had another brand for over 50 years, It may cost more but you won’t regret the purchase if you like to bake or make casseroles…

Pan is sturdy, beautiful, and bakes evenly. Worth every penny for those who bake often.
