Wish I had this years ago!! Cooked my 21lb turkey to perfection! The meat was moist and most of the skin got brown and crispy. This is the first time I have used a roaster to cook my turkey, and I’ll never go back to the oven. I think the skin may have browned on the top if I wasn’t basting, so next time I won’t baste and see how it goes. So easy to use. (I did wash everything completely before use, but be ready for that “burn” smell on the first pre-heat, I did that the day before Thanksgiving just to make sure it was working). For my turkey I set mine to 350° for the first hour, it was already starting to get a nice browning, then turned it down to 300° until it was at 165° (about 4hrs), I then set it to warm to let it rest, and it was amazing! The wire rack made it super easy to take out the turkey for carving with plenty of juices in the bottom for gravy. Thankful for super fast shipping - I decided at the last minute to get this, the week before Thanksgiving, and it arrived Tuesday before. And clean up was a breeze, rack and basin washed off easily after soaked in a little soapy water. So happy to have my entire oven all day for sides and pies, such a huge help! Can’t wait for the next event to try the three insert pieces. They seem super functional. I do wish they were a little bigger/deeper, seems wasted space under them. I am shocked how well this worked for such a great value price. Highly recommend!

Great Machine! I've been using it for over 6 Months every week for big family gatherings and it works great! I would promote this product for the ease of use and proper heating. My one regret is that when I cook meat in it the juices soil the pot insert and I have to really scrub it to get the leftover cooking spices off.

It really good in cooking but It rust fast

I thought I was getting a good deal on this. My husband always says you get what you pay for, and he was sure right. We have had this roaster oven for less than 2 months. Last week after we fixed a pork roast, the inside of this oven (not the pan) had bubbles close to where the burner is located on the back side. The heating element got way too hot even though we had set the temperature at only 325. This week when we got home after church, I put in a turkey breast. We only use a plastic bag with the opening. Not one that is closed, because the closed ones get too hot. I got everything ready and when we went to put the lid on, the lid was a little crooked - which have never happened before. We could smell the turkey getting done a full hour before it was supposed to. This time the inner pan was burned, but not bubbled. This was a total waste of our time and our money. I would not purchase anything from "Kiss the Water" and I would not recommend that your purchase this roaster oven from them either. This is a bad product. I wish I could give it a lower than 1 star.

size is just great; will be able to do a nice roast w/trimmings; i dont make turkey but it will hold one; not big like the bigger turkey; like that it has a defrost and place for lid

Images shown by the seller are false advertising. Was excited to receive this roaster for thanksgiving turkey making , but as you can see, what is advertised in their images vs. What i received is very different. In their photos the lid looks to be excellent quality with bumps in the bottom for self basting, but the lid i received does not have this feature and feels like cheap tin (see image of me holding lid). Returned this product and am very disappointed.
