Hard to find spice mox
This spice mix has a very unique flavor; a bit different from Adjika. First came across Svan salt in the market in Tbilisi and have been using it ever since, except for the times when I have run out. It’s great on meat or vegetables when grilling, or a pinch on some cottage cheese or in olive oil.

Runs out really fast because can be used with 80% of any cooking
This is my probably second or third order within last three months. I am using SVANETIAN SALT in most of my dishes, and cannot replace it with anything else. Any meat marinades, fish, vegetables, sauces, salads etc. As well this company sends recipes of many Georgian cuisine dishes that are really delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seller and their products!

Smells so fragrant
I had gotten to the end of the Georgian salt last purchased at Trader Joe’s. I compared the aroma of the new salt to the old. WOW! Immediately dry rubbed the salt on chicken breasts for an hour and then stir fried them with veggies and basmati rice. Yummy
