This pillow is just about perfect for me. It is excellent quality with a very soft and washable/removable cover. It also came in a nice zipped/handled plastic carrier which will be nice when transporting it on trips away. This is the second memory foam pillow I've ordered and it's just about the right firmness for me. The previous memory foam pillow I ordered was an orthopedic shaped pillow made from a single piece of memory foam - that pillow was great for relieving my stiff neck but was a bit too firm and small for me. This memory foam pillow on the other hand is made from 100% memory foam but I believe it must be the shredded style of memory foam because it's much softer than my previous one. It's still firmer than ordinary pillows but keeps its shape and doesn't collapse and flatten like the ordinary pillows I have always used previously. It has a fairly high loft which is good for side and back sleepers but probably not good for front sleepers. If anything the loft is just a little too high for me, but I still have found it great for my neck and vastly preferable to my old flat pillow which gave me neck pain every morning as I woke up. Nevertheless, pillows are very much a personal preference thing and the high loft may not suit some people who don't like that and because memory foam pillows are designed not flatten the loft won't get much less over time and use. The bamboo cover feels so soft and nice, I don't really want to put a pillow case over it! The pillow is about the standard size and is similar in size to my old pillows. One of the comments in the 'Answers' section (that nearly put me off buying this pillow) said this pillow was "small and lumpy" - I can confirm that it is not small and definitely not lumpy - it's completely smooth! I have had great nights sleep since using this pillow and have already ordered a second. One review I saw for another pillow said it's like "sleeping on a cloud" and this pillow has given me that type of experience. The higher loft and the extra firmness of a memory foam pillow won't suit everyone, but it's just about perfect for me and for many others I'm sure.

Lovely heavy pillow, great support but it needs to be beaten back into shape as this doesn’t bounce back into shape. Great price but it’s not exactly what I thought.

This is a great quality pillow. It is slightly on the hard side, but I have managed to have a good sleep with it. The only downside is that it smells bad. I think the best thing would have been to have aired it for a few days before getting stuck in.

Bought to try and stop the chainsaw like snoring of my husband as we recently discovered that firmer pillows seem to help with this issue.The pillow is indeed very firm but also very supportive, it does not feel like you are lying on a brick of memory foam. In fact if it was not for the fact that it does truly help with the snoring (really really helps in fact) I would be inclined to pinch this.Standard UK pillow size and fits into a regular pillowcase with ease

I am trying to persevere with these but am finding it difficult. They are rock hard and although they don't feel comfortable combined with my new mattress I no longer wake up with an aching neck & back. I will keep going with them for a while to see if I can get used to them but think I will probably have to go for something a bit softer. They are not too bad when I first get into bed but I always wake up during the night and it is then that they feel really solid and too thick and high to rest my heard on!

I love this pillow just the right shape just like a proper pillow the cover is nice and you can take off to wash which is a bonus It don't over heat your head which I thought it might do it is very comfortable I will be buying more of these

This is a repeat purchase to replace one’s previously purchased. The good these came with a removable washable cover. The downside is that they are not as firm as the previous ones so do not hold their shape as well as the previous ones

Very very firm unabke to put my head on. Now just use it as back support when i sit
