Absolutely avoid - worst product ever
This product should be rated in huge negatives.The severe structural damage caused by this product remains an absolute nightmare. The extreme dryness caused my hair to instantly seize up into hard, unmanageable matted bulk. Because the tangles were impossible to safely brush out, I was forced to cut out the mats, resulting in losing considerable hair length. This is not a standard "poor performance" issue—this mask fundamentally destroyed my hair. It behaves like an aggressive chemical stripper rather than a nourishing treatment. Do not risk your hair health on this brand. My warning stands: absolutely avoid this product under any circumstances. I demand for compensation and total refund from Pilgrim/Amazon.

Smells terrible
This stuff smells so bad. It is way over fragranced and it smells like men’s cologne not even good men’s cologne like an outdoorsy scent that was rejected from the Axe factory. I opened it and got a whiff and it’s made me choke. I can still taste the smell in my mouth.
