Is it faulty or is there a way to edit settings?** A: It's not a fault, on each packet it will tell you how much in volume the machine dispenses, however, as it comes to the end of the dispensing, if you press and hold the big button (the start one for dispensing) it will send out more hot water to top your cup up, just let go before you get within 2 cm of the top of your cup else it'll over flow! **Q: Can you adjust the strength of the drink or add extra water after the drink has finished?** A: No option to adjust the strength, but yes you can press button for extra water after drink finished. **Q: Is this the model that's froths the milk automatically?** A: It does not have a separate milk gadget. The coffee and the milk come in separate discs (pods). When making a latte you shake to milk pod first and place in the Bosch, this along, with the steam, heats and lastly froths (to some degree) the milk. Then you put the latte coffee pod into the Bosch. If you want proper froth best go for a machine with a separate milk gadget. **Q: size of coffee portion** A: normal or what size you want ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best I've used *by N***S on 31 December 2016* I've used several capsule based coffee makers and this one comes out on top, by a mile! It's a good size, without being too big on the kitchen worktop. It is noticeably quieter than other machines I've used, including other Bosch Tassimo ones. The whole pod system is great, they can be picked up 'on offer' in most supermarkets and really are as easy as putting in the machine and pressing go! No watching the water level or guessing how much you need to fill the cup with on the 2-part drinks. There also isn't a single drip of water/coffee from the pods when you take them out of the machine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best Tassimo machine *by P***D on 20 March 2019* Our very first Tassimo was the Fidelio back in 2013 and we were very pleased with it and it lasted us until 2017. 4 Years for a machine that was at the time over £100 may not seem very long lasting but a serious number of coffee's et al had gone through this machine before it died on us. We replaced it with a Tassimo Charmy as it had a much smaller foot print. That was 2 years ago, it too has died due to a leak somewhere inside the totally un-serviceable body. Of course when one gets used to using a coffee machine, inevitably one stocks up on consumables so changing to another manufacturer can leave you with a stock of unusable pods as none are interchangeable. For us though we struck lucky and managed to find a new Tassimo Fidelio on Amazon ( which we should have stuck with). It arrived today and it is business as usual on the coffee front in this household........Zinnnnnng! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's novel! *by H***! on 28 March 2019* Bought as a birthday gift for my husband, it is compact, therefore aesthetically pleasing, it makes lovely coffee, proper coffee compared to instant. It takes a bit of getting use too and you have to be patient whilst you make one drink at a time.
