It probably helped a bit. My skin was less itchy after about a week, and the redness became less. You do need to remember to take one every day in order to have an effect I think. I give it 3 stars because it did not clear my eczema completely, however I think by used this product it will help to soothe and make the skin look less inflamed.

Its hard to rate supplements but I do think this is helping. I have avoided a lot of illnesses that have gone around work/home that seemed to get most people. I don't know if this is the reason but I'm obviously doing something. I plan to keep using them.
