How long before you can stay in yhe caravan after fixing the floor, does it smell and how long for pease?

i took about three hours to drill the holes and pour the stuff into it, I used a small funnel to make the filling easy. I left it over night and was hard in the morning. it smells when your using it, but when dry I could not smell to much. wear a mask when filling and sanding down, I found it easy to use just don't drill to far into the board.

What do the instructions say about the quantity to put in each hole?

Not much, but remember it’s expanding foam. Dont continue to top up until the hole looks full or else you will have a lot of cleaning up to do. Also if you have a large area to do you will need more dowels.

What is the best way to do this on a lino floor? Can i cut crosshairs into lino and drill holes?l

Gently lift the lino and drill directly into the caravan floor. you will not find an easy way of hiding the holes in the lino covering, unless, of course, you intend laying new covering over the top of the whole lot.
