has this helped Carpal tunnel?

I was skeptical about them and I purchased them for my wife her fingers were numb all the time in less than two days all her symptoms were gone they made me a believer.

Bracelet is tarnished. Should I wear it as is or should I use copper paste to get rid of tarnish?

I wear mine 24-7 and have no problem with tarnishing. Only time I get green discoloration on my wrist is when I don't feel well. Hope this answer your question.

It is pure copper, but you would need to contact the company to see if it is totally nickel free!

Is it ok for blood pressue?

Hi Atawhai, Yes, it works well for blood pressure, as magnetic therapy could improve the blood circulation. Hope it helps you. Thanks MagEnergy
