I have bought this multivitamin a few months ago and I like it. Package is clear, nice and it comes sealed. It lasts for over 6 months! It is a very good value for money. The pill size is large, but it easy to ingest and swallow. Ingredients and formulation seems quite good to me and product does not have a bad smell or taste. I could notice after a month taking it that my energy levels was higher and I also sleep better and I didn’t have any bad reactions to it. I will buy again.

I've been taking one a day for a hot minute now, I'm deficient in a lot of vitamins, it does its thing haha, I'm chronically ill, so I don't really notice much a difference, but I guess you wouldn't anyway haha!! All I know is it keeps my blood levels from getting to low which I do appreciate without all kinds of side effects. I do have to eat right before it take these or else I just get super nauseated and it won't go away. The pill is big, and almost in a way chalky, and it is a little hard to sallow, but you get user to it. My energy is definitely a little better once I take them consistently, but yeah!! Good overall product 👌!!

I don’t typically put much stock in vitamins. But I’m in my 40s and it’s highly recommended to take them, so I bought these because they seem like a decent price comparatively to other vitamins on Amazon. Now I’ll tell you why I do actually think these vitamins help. Once I hit my late 30s, I started getting nasty hangovers for no good reason. Just for being older. I bought some of those hangover patches that are supposed to time-release vitamins into you, and the different ones that I’ve tried work really well. How does that relate to these vitamins? Well the patches are kind of expensive, it’s like on average $2.50 per patch. To avoid a hangover, I do still think that’s a small price to pay, but I’m still cheap and also lazy so I ran out of the patches. I went out for some drinks with friends and I’m now in my early 40s, and I realized by the end of the night that a hangover was imminent. When I got home, I figured I’d take a multivitamin, just to help restore some level of vitamins in me. Next morning? No hangover. Slightly upset stomach but that’s my own doing from mixing alcohol. So now I take one of these every time before I go drinking. I take them on other days also when I can remember too. But it does make me think they’ve got some goodness in them that’s helpful to the body since it’s preventing my hangovers. Now I’ll caveat that also by saying the max amount of drinks that I will have in one night is like five over several hours. So I’m not saying this can save you from a complete binge. But I am saying that it helps me.
