When I say this reset my body, I mean it. It is a great product that I was skeptical about taking. However, I am thrilled I took the chance and bought this product. I’m so happy that I decided to buy a bottle for myself. I have anemia, so there are times when I’m low on energy, I’ve noticed since I’ve started taking them that I’m more energized and don’t feel as weak. Great quality and value for money. I’m usually the first to get sick when there’s the flu going around and I’m happy to say that I have not gotten sick, during the last wave and I know it’s because I’ve been on my vitamins. Be sure to follow the directions when taking, I always ensure to take mine after a full meal, regardless of the time of day and I haven’t had any issues.

I’ve been taking this multivitamin daily and it’s been good overall. The pills are easy to take and it covers the basic nutrients I want without upsetting my stomach. I’m giving 4 stars because I wish the ingredient quality or formula were a bit better, but it’s still a solid everyday vitamin.

I don’t typically put much stock in vitamins. But I’m in my 40s and it’s highly recommended to take them, so I bought these because they seem like a decent price comparatively to other vitamins on Amazon. Now I’ll tell you why I do actually think these vitamins help. Once I hit my late 30s, I started getting nasty hangovers for no good reason. Just for being older. I bought some of those hangover patches that are supposed to time-release vitamins into you, and the different ones that I’ve tried work really well. How does that relate to these vitamins? Well the patches are kind of expensive, it’s like on average $2.50 per patch. To avoid a hangover, I do still think that’s a small price to pay, but I’m still cheap and also lazy so I ran out of the patches. I went out for some drinks with friends and I’m now in my early 40s, and I realized by the end of the night that a hangover was imminent. When I got home, I figured I’d take a multivitamin, just to help restore some level of vitamins in me. Next morning? No hangover. Slightly upset stomach but that’s my own doing from mixing alcohol. So now I take one of these every time before I go drinking. I take them on other days also when I can remember too. But it does make me think they’ve got some goodness in them that’s helpful to the body since it’s preventing my hangovers. Now I’ll caveat that also by saying the max amount of drinks that I will have in one night is like five over several hours. So I’m not saying this can save you from a complete binge. But I am saying that it helps me.

This is an easy go-to multivitamin that covers the basics. One pill a day is convenient, and it doesn’t bother my stomach. The tablets are a bit large, which might be tough for some people, but overall it’s dependable and does what it’s supposed to do.
