Culture did not bloom after following all of the directions.

Specimen was good
Specimen was good, and seemed to be a free of contaminants, was able to spawn out and fruit without issue.

Contaminated. I used sterile gloves, tent(new), very sterile procedures. Only mold grew.😢

Had to do some agar cleanup on this strain. Usually they are pretty good quality for other strains
