Useful safety product for after knee surgery
We purchased this for after my husband’s knee surgery. Keep in mind this isn’t just for the elderly. We do not have grab safety bars in our bathroom, so it is important to have something to support you after surgery or injury. This was inexpensive, easy for me to put together, and was extremely helpful to my husband who couldn’t put much weight on one leg for a few weeks. It helped him avoid holding onto walls and potentially slipping and falling after a delicate knee surgery. This folds up nicely for storage when no longer using. Overall it was sturdy enough for my husband to hold onto. It does suction to the tile floor when you push down on the bars. It did the job!

Quite servicable but not as sturdy as anticipated
This is my second toilet rail unit. The first only had suction cups on the back and the back rail curved too much and kept banging against the tank and kept the toilet lid falling over. I returned it. This one had suction cups on all 4 legs and was more stable although not as much as I had anticipated. The back rail did not extend so far ... and did not hit the tank and did not interfere with the toilet lid. The thing my wife like the best was the dinky little adjustable toilet paper holder that came with it (go figure).

Toilet assist frame
This toilet assist frame does what it is supposed to do--assist you in getting off the toilet. We don't use the suction tips that came with it on the frame. The company included two non-suction tips but it would have been nice if they would have included 4. So I had to go out and buy 4 non-suction tips for the legs of the frame. The suction tips did not work on our wooden floor.

Very helpful for after back surgery
This claims 300 lb limit and I believe it even though I don’t weigh that. Very sturdy. Must be put together and my husband had to do it because I wasn’t strong enough to join the pipes but he said it was easy for him. Love the suction cups on all 4 feet. Mine came with 2 regular feet just in case we wanted to use those instead but we used the suction cups. Fit our handicapped toilet with no problems!

Helpful.
This product is a bit bulky. But was really helpful. After surgery on my heal. I struggled to get up from the low level with one foot. I was able to pull myself up enough to stand

Why did I wait
This came at just the right time. The pull bars were no longer in the right position to help.Easy to assemble, I actually didn't notice he instructions Ihad dropped out of the box as I opened it, so did most of the assembly without them.I really like that there is no attachment to bathroom fixtures. Sturdy, stand alone rails provide easy assistance in rising from the toilet. The only thing I would change is the depth of the rails. They could come a little bit farther forward.

Defective two ways
Was unable to assemble. Part C did not fit into part D no matter what I tried. Instructions and manufacturer didn't resolve problem. Either sent wrong parts or parts were not manufactured to correct specs. Just didn't fit. Plus one of the cross supports that came pre-assembled was not done correctly and it was too tight for me to be able to undo and redo correctly. Could not test sturdiness or suction cups. Company offered full refund. But refund didn't include taxes charged so not a full refund.
