Back to Atlas for a fix- waited in again a whole day for Parcelforce to say they came to collect....but never did. Can't be bothered second time round- asking Laurastar for a refund but Sebastien in the Laurastar team says 'no'. Now, it looks like I have to take them to small claims as I really cannot be enthused to have to deal with incompetent retailers and couriers. Make a fuss and hopefully people will learn. The actual iron has a control switch so you can choose between two temperatures/amounts of steam, appropriate to what you are ironing. It also has an additional sole to attach when ironing silk etc. The book of instructions is clear and helpful. Hope that helps. **Q: Do you have to constantlly press a button in the handle to produce steam?
