Very pleased with the heavy duty easy to install and works well with a smooth action. Bought it to replace an old Union lock which was getting worn and notch.

Excellent quality mortice lock

Quality of the keys don't seem as good as a previous purchase of the same make and model. But it was a great price from the Warehouse. The latch bolt was the wrong way around - easy to fix but probably why it had been returned. Very easy to install - 10 minutes including switching the latch bolt around and reinstalling.

Bought nearly 7 years ago and this has always been reliable. Given some of the recent comments I felt it appropriate to recommend this lock that has served me well and continues to be very reliable. Easy fit, good price and choice to make.

I had to replace a previous lock using the same product as the original. The original lasted a year as the mechanism is rough . Fitted new one and not going to last for years obviously. I will try and spend more on a better quarlity, but tbh most others seem the same standard as this one . Delivery fast as usual.
