**Q: are these shoes breathable? I work 10 hours a day with safety shoes and in the evening my feet are boiled.**
A: Yes, and no.
I think safety shoes are always going to be warmer to wear than normal footwear, but these are honestly the lightest and most breathable ones I've ever had. 
They don't feel at all heavy and 'clumpy' even after my 12 hour shifts. I can't recommend them highly enough and wish I'd discovered them years ago.

A: If you get compeset which is hard plastic they are very lightweight..
