Probably not. The plastic jar has the Green Dot (intertwined arrows) symbol, which google tells me means 'The Green Dot doesn’t mean that the packaging is recyclable, will be recycled or has been recycled. It’s a symbol used on packaging in some European countries and means the producer has made a financial contribution towards the recovery and recycling of packaging in Europe.'

Is this product vegan?

It doesn't say so on the tub but they do have a website: xpelmarketing.com or info@xpelmarketing.com. It isn't bad but for my skin it's too dry, and it is a very big tub!! My local chemist sells aqueous cream, not the same make, for £1 and it is just right for me. Am now using this big tub up on my feet!
