Does the Large one come with the entrance clear/see-through plastic/vinyl flaps?

Yes, it has heavy clear plastic strips. Be aware that the dog house is not heated as stated. It is well insulated though. Just not what I thought I was getting.

It’s not heated. It is insulated and a decent dog house, I have 2 but they are not heated.

Being an iron frame, how long will it last without rust?

I’m not sure, I’ve only had it a few months and so far no rust!
