I bought this brand's passionfruit puree for some Christmas passionfruit martini efforts, and it was so good, it led me to buy this Strawberry puree. I have to say this one is even better than passionfruit, it is so tasty, such beautiful texture, like someone just moments ago pureed punnets of strawberries. It is not cheap, i wont lie, but gosh is it worth it! Love this product, half i froze as the 1lt bag is really huge and I was worried it may go off if standing in the fridge for too long in a small household.

I bought this for making Passionfruit sorbet but have also used this before for cakes. Brush over the sponges as a soak and add into the frosting. Fantastic summery flavour.

I don’t often write review but THIS ! Was looking for real fruit to make my drink base with rosemary , ginger ale and spicy rum. It’s was so delicious and felt like I was a real mixologist. Got so many compliments but the secret ingredient was definitely the fruit puree !!!!

Commande cerise griotte et livraison de citron vert. Pas de possibilite de retour. Triste. Pour le gout, le citron ressemble à du produit pour professionnel, pour melanger a des preparations. Je ne recommande pas pour une utilisation en dilution simple avec de l'eau.

Made a cheesecake with this and it was was a hit. This puree provides a tart, clear burst of passion fruit flavour. The product is "as advertised" and I mean that as a compliment. Will buy again.
