Ensure surfaces are clean. Cut cartridge tip carefully, attach nozzle, trim to width, and apply with a standard sealant gun. As Adhesive: Clean surfaces, prime dusty areas with PVA Bond, then apply adhesive around edges and at intervals for heavy items. As Sealant : Ensure joint width is twice depth, use masking tape, and tool within 15 mins for a smooth, proper seal. Let it dry well before putting water near for best results but I’ve used it for sealing leaky fittings and it’s been perfect absolute god send **Q: Will it stick pvc pipe just as well as pvc cement?** A: It sticks waste pipes but dont know if this is the type of pipe your speaking about **Q: Would this stop a drip from the bottom of an isolating valve running down the copper pipe? To seal the connection between the two metals?** A: I have used this only where the low water pressure would encourage the gunk to enter the crack -of an external, concrete-lined water tank and it worked very well. I suspect it would do your job if there was no/ not much pressure behind the drip.
