Use it for aux lights
So, I got this to connect a pair of Maddog Scout X auxiliary lights with Maddog harness to my Triumph Speed 400. I cut the cable in half and connected the red wire to the switch wire on the harness. No cutting/ splicing of the bikes wiring (no warranty issues) and my aux lights are connected to the ignition switch in my bike. And it's all DIY, so no labor chargesFIY, the Speed 400 comes with a OBD-II connector under the seat. The power port in the connector is connected to the ignition ON state. The red wire in the piece I got (after cutting this connector in half) is the power cable (might vary with other pieces, do test with a multimeter). I connected the power switch cable to the OBD connector and the +ve and -ve connectors to the battery. This should work for any motorbike with an OBD-II connector and a similar harness/ power setup.

Works great on my Access 125
Very well made cable, connects a standard OBD2 code reader to the diagnostic port on BS6 Suzuki (and other) bikes. Worked perfectly to read fault codes on an Access 125 with my ELM327 box and Android phone, and the cable length is convenient for leaving the ELM327 connected and out of the way after replacing the front cover. As the listing says, this is only an adapter to connect standard code readers to Suzuki's plug. You'll need your own code reader.

Bad connector
The connecting pins were not locking in to the bikes male connector. Lucky me, I had the option to return and get the refund. The Female connectors were of worst quality.
