once it has soaked into your skin no - but because it is an offwhite colour if you get it on your clothes when putting on your skin then you will see the colour on white clothes- but it washes out easily

Yes it is, I like is because there is no sticky or oil feel on your skin, it rubs in nicely and leaves your skin soft and silky. Hawaiian suncream has been voted in top three for the best sunscreens. It’s sunscreen with moisturiser in it. I won’t use anything else. Just remember to wash hands afterwards as there is a little tanning in product
