It is a little difficult to take off but the back of the skirt has an elasticated piece. The skirts shoulder ribbon is long so it should in theory fit taller people by a few inches or have the skirt higher up. The skirt itself came up to my knees. The blouse was fairly tight around my bust so it may be wise to get a blouse of your own. The black bow details doesn't quite match the navy either but is acceptable. The bow on the blouse comes separate. The stitching is basic around the collar and can be visible if not ironed or pinned properly with a safety pin.
