It has a slightly chewier texture, which I liked, and the noodles were pretty sturdy. I have been on a low carb diet fora few months now, and think this is an excellent alternative to pasta/noodles. I made my own sauce, and enjoyed a good meal. I hope to make "ramen" next, with the last of my noodles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deliciously chewy *by L***A on October 31, 2018* I really enjoyed these noodles. Prepared per instructions and it was very easy, the noodles were very chewy and a bit salty. The water I boiled it in was tinted the same color as the noodles. It was also very filling. I would buy again although this is a bit on the expensive side cost per serving-wise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ TL;DR Tasty noodle, not really for keto *by A***R on March 29, 2019* This is a great soy noodle, great chewy texture and really pleasent taste. I’ve been switching between keto and just low carb for several years, and I bought these in a low carb phase. They were super delicious with Asian inspired dishes and even worked well with Italian! They also store well for a very long time. I thought the one little cake as a serving would be too small, but it’s totally enough and great for portion control.However, when I got back on keto, I was having a noodle craving and thought I’d try a little bundle. Blood sugar spikes make me tired on keto, and I basically fell into a coma nap after just one portion with plenty of meat and fat. Could feel the blood heating my face as if I’d just eaten French fries.
