My skin is smooth. I use once a week. Also found this fab on serious dry skin build up on toes feet. And backs off tops of arms and on legs.I leave on overnight sometimes as well. Great stuff. My sister had severe whiteheads and dry grey skin. This peeled it all off as I rolled my hands around her face within 5 minutes. Just one left and her skin looked pinky renewed and younger!
