Excellent product did the job

Moved into a house where the bathroom basin and bath waste were T'd into the same waste pipe heading to the soil stack.Letting the basin drain would push smelly air back through the bath trap. This was easy to fit and works well. No more bubbling up through the bath plughole. If you're a DIYer and not sure of the correct positioning of the rings/washers then check out dereton33 videos on you tube where he demonstrates fitting this same product.

Excellent piece of kit. My idiot builder did not put a water trap into the downstairs bathroom after our rebuild. We had an awful sewer smell going straight out of the shower. I broke out the pipe boxing and as there was no room to fit a u bend, I installed ithis kit in about twenty minutes. Worked brilliantly and no more sewer smell since. One word of caution, when cleaning drain pipe, the flap is easy to lose down the pipe if you miss seat it.

the rubber seal inside stretches and deforms after just a few years making the valve ineffective shame the company does not provide a small packet with spare seals in...

fitting is simple

Just what I needed, it was an answer to a problem that would have been stuck with. I have a very long garden and needed to pump water from an underground sump. I was using a submersible pump into a 40mm waste pipe and without this none return valve the water would have just run back again into the sump.

The non-return valve is just what I wanted, and needed, for a job on my bathroom. It is simple, easy to fit and easy to clean, provided you remember that it must be installed 'right-side-up' (if you open it and see how it works you'll see that it relies on gravity for the pendulum motion of the valve).

Perfetta, ho tagliato un piccolo pezzo di sifone per collocarlo sotto il lavello della cucina visto che il pozzetto delle acque bianche al quale siamo collegati spesso si riempie e vengono a svuotarlo tardi.. risultato due allagamenti. Da quando ho acquistato questo prodotto non ho più avuto nessun problema.
