Bigen Men's Beard Colour | No Ammonia Formula with Aloe Extract & Olive Oil - 102 Brown Black

I've been using this product for about 10 years and its brilliant. Its easy to apply and lasts for a week. It would last longer if I leave it on longer before washing it off but I don't like my beard to go too dark just after using it so I wash it off quickly.

Just for men gave me brutal itchy skin. This colours more naturally and has no side effects. You need to leave it on for longer than JFM but no big deal

Im female so dont have a beard ha ha. I use this to dye my eyebrows as it doesn't stain your skin however you need to be careful and only put the product neatly on the shape of your brow because if you go over the shape it might dye baby fine hairs which will then leave your eyebrows looking an odd shape. I put on at night and sit for a couple of hours before removing though you dont obviously need to leave it this long. Its a bit pricey compared to eyebrow dye but then again you get a lot more product so it will last quite some time.

Like so many others I decided to try this after a reaction to JFM, if anything this is worse would not recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin

Easy to mix and apply. Worked v effectively. No issues with skin sensitivity or stinging at all. It’s easy to modify how natural/dark it looks depending on how much you load up the applicator with cream. I recommend using a thin layer on the first application and can on subsequent treatments.

Black means black. Got this thinking it would be closer to dark brown but it was definitely... black. First time it was all well. Second time I tried to economise and had to have another go at some areas, meant re-mixing 3 lots of the stuff. The good thing is that you can ix as much or as little as you want each time, so it's quite economical if you don't have a massive beard (mine's just a goatee). IN the end you need to get a fair coating on the hair and I leave it 15 minutes not the 10 minutes they recommend. Very slight redness of the skill, a bit itchy for a few hours but it's under a black beard, so - not noticeable anyway :) And I always get a bit itchy from any product I've tried - it's only a very minor thing at worst and probably partly psychological. I was also worried about having dye products right under my nose (PPDs etc?) having developed a problem previously with another hair product, but this was fine from that viewpoint too. However - it's all down to the individual so please don;t take that as a guarantee that it will be ok for you!

This 1 came in a sealed box and caused no skin irritation, I've had the same product that came without a sealed box and caused skin irritation? Im not sure whether the unsealed boxes maybe fake?
