This worked perfectly for my greenhouse. It was easy to install. I would recommend it.

Decorative only- Not sturdy
Bought for a garden gate. It remains to be seen how these will perform in a salt air environment, but the hinge mechanism attaching the latch to the base is easily bent or broken. I wouldn’t consider this latch to be anything but decorative.

Excellent quality
This latch is made from heavy gauge stainless and is very nicely finished on the edges. It is a breeze to install and works great. The only negative and it's not a big one is that the locking screw is not secured with any mechanism and so can easily fall out when the latch is being opened. This may be particularly difficult if you are installing on an outside building because the locking screw is not very large and finding it on the ground is a task.But all in all, recommended.
