This is a delicious honey, with yummy earthy flavour and woody smell to it.If you prefer thicker honey with a stronger flavour this Earth& Breath honey is a great choice.It is thicker but still easy to spread on a toast, has a darker brown colour.It has It arrived packed in a protective bubble sleeve.A good value for money considering the jar is a 1kg! Very impressed.Will definately buy again.thank you

P & P: Well packed, came in one of those inflatable pouches; see attached photo. Delivery next day, dispatched from Amazon. To the credit of the producer, the jar is full to the brim. It has batch numbers, and the product description was clear about the source of the honey, which is Latvia in this case. Product: Buckwheat honey. I have been trying out various raw honeys recently, and had read that buckwheat is particularly high in polyphenols, which while I do not pretend to understand the specifics, is an antioxidant also found in blueberries, dark chocolate, etc. so I thought I would see if I could find some for a reasonable price, and here we are! Having read up on it before buying, I was aware that it has a, unique, I guess? smell, and that it is supposed to be partially crystalised, has the white streaks throughout, etc. These may have led me to think it had gone off if I were not aware in advance. The smell: People are not understating how bad it is, I do not have a particularly strong sense of smell, and ye, it is bad… Fortunately, it does taste much better than it smells, somehow. Rating: I am deducting one star for the smell. The taste is not for me I do not think, but that is not due to the product so I cannot deduct points for that.

this item is good for older peoples health, buckwheat helps wtih muscle loss and it tastes great

Pure High quality honey. This one has a very earthy taste. Not too sweet. Perfect for adding sweetness into healthy juice shots. Looks gritty and not very runny but can be warmed very slightly to loosen consistence.

This is a product well worth having in stock at home in the interests of maintaining good health.
