How does this differ from the 6+? I’m not sure which to invest in!

The Stages is suitable for ages 3+ and you can choose from a variety of Disney characters. It has a lower speed, a built in 2-minute timer, and the battery lasts up to 5 days after a 16-hour charge. The Junior is for ages 6+ and has more power than Stages. It also has a built in 2-minute timer which stutters every 30 seconds to remind children to move onto the next section of their mouth. The battery lasts a little longer once fully charged - up to 7 days after a 22-hour charge. Your Oral-B Team

It keeps going mouldy inside the holes? Constantly having to disenfectant the toothbrush and changing the head! Can we get a refund as can't use???

You would need to contact the seller. I can say that we haven’t had any problems with mould and live in a very wet environment. I would make sure it’s not being left in a puddle of water and tap off the water really well after use.

I bought the frozen toothbrush but it does not hold the charge could i get a replacement?

Probably, depends on how long you have had it - return it via Amazon.
